At Sweat. Boutique Fitness, we provide men, women, and teens of all abilities with top-level instruction in a variety of styles. Our unique approach to fitness gives all members access to classes such as Cross Training, TRX, and Cardio / Kickboxing in order to increase lean body mass and burn fat. This might surprise you, but we are not a big box fitness center. Therefore you can rest assured that you won’t have to wait in line very long for equipment, and know that you’re exercising in a very clean space.
