In addition to training the major muscle groups of your body, our classes incorporate movements that will strengthen your lumbar spine and torso muscles – the foundation for all the other muscles in the body. These muscles play a huge role in everyday activities like picking something up off of the ground, putting something on a shelf that’s above your head, walking up and down stairs, and having good posture.
